About Rush

In order to join the Phi Delta Epsilon (PhiDE) phamily, you must go through our recruitment process. PhiDE holds rush events at the beginning of both fall and winter semesters. During the rush process, you will have the opportunity to meet our members and learn about the opportunities and resources that PhiDE provides. Although our rush process is selective, all applicants are assessed equally and fairly. Any questions about the rush process can be directed to phideinfo@umich.edu.
